Presented first will be a general overview of the Four Worlds Global Impact Initiative (FWGII) strategic plan to expand Indigenous community cooperation under the umbrella concept of the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, and Eagle (UCQE)–a decentralized cooperative union of Indigenous communities for collective impact and mutual prosperity.
Second, will be a discussion of the origin of the Fourth Way and the importance of utilizing the 16 Principles of Implementation as a correct means of fulfilling many of the indigenous prophecies including the 7th Council Fire. Lastly, a more specific focus will be the role of the Four Worlds Foundation (FWF) located in the Republic of Panama as a coordinating hub for UCQE implementation and the current status of the establishment of IndigeNet– the creation and build-out of a worldwide digital network utilizing emerging technologies and open-source systems to propel dynamic social, and educational exchanges for economic advancement at a lower distributed cost. (30-40 -minute presentation followed by a Q & A session of 10-15 minutes)

His current research, passion, and work are on achieving systemic impact at the nexus between emerging 4th Industrial Revolution technologies, innovative finance, and educational access for Indigenous and Third World communities. He is the visionary behind the IndigeNet digital community concept.
