Eighth Fire Prophecy

We live in a time of great change… a time which appears and reappears in the prophecies of many Indigenous cultures from all over the world.

During the December 2020 online Solstice convergence, Enlightening Our Way Together, the Global Center of Indigenous Sciences and Ancestral Wisdom, Four Worlds International Institute, SINE Network, Compassion Games: Survival of the Kindest, and many others, conducted a ceremony that lit the Eighth Fire, an eternal sacred fire of peace, love, brotherhood, and sisterhood inspired by the Seven Fires Prophecy.

Lighting the Eighth Fire

This Eighth Fire launches a golden age leading to Peace on Earth and is rooted in the Anishinaabe Peoples prophecy of the Seven Fires.  According to the prophecy, it is at this time that the New People will emerge and be given a choice between two roads. One road will be green and lush, and very inviting. The other road will be black and charred, and walking it will cut their feet.

Choice of Two Roads

In the prophecy, the people decide to take neither road, but instead to turn back, to remember and reclaim the wisdom of those who came before them. They will retrace their steps to find what was left by the trail.  Their steps will take them to the Elders who they will ask to guide them on their journey.

Are we the New People? Now is our time to awaken and to remember what we have forgotten about living well with each other and with all life on earth. Let’s come together to co-create the Spiritual Empowerment needed for the journey ahead.  We are blessed to have two wise, dedicated Indigenous Elder relatives to guide us.

Hereditary Chief Phil Lane Jr.

Phil Nathan Lane Jr. is an enrolled member of the Ihanktonwan Dakota and Chickasaw Nations, and is a citizen of both Canada and the United States. With master’s degrees in Education at National University and Public Administration at the University of Washington, Chief Phil Lane Jr. is an indigenous leader in human and community development.

Four Worlds International Institute is a family of people and organizations, bound together by a set of common principles based on the traditional teachings of North American tribal peoples brought together with the best that western science and technology has to offer in a non-profit organization. For more than 18 years, Four Worlds has been learning how to support individuals, families, organizations, communities, and nations in building a healthy and self-sufficient future for the human family.

The focus of the Fourth Way is co-creating community-based, culturally-respectful, principle-centered strategies and programming for the human, community, and economic development that transcend assimilation, resignation, and conflict.

Deep Social Networks and the Digital Fourth Way offer a framework for designing social networks that produce meaningful results and build deeper relationships that learn and grow in ways that sustain and enhance human life for all inhabitants of Mother Earth.  The paper introduces the 16 Guiding Principles for building a peaceful and harmonious world and is summarized as follows:

“Starting from within, working in a circle, in a sacred manner, we develop and heal ourselves, our relationships, and the world.”

This network building and development process uses cutting-edge digital communications technologies for local, regional, and global change by collectively addressing the health and well-being of Indigenous Peoples Human Family, Mother Earth, particularly the leadership development and participation of our younger generations.

Patricia Anne Davis

Patricia Anne-Davis offers wellness restoration concepts from the Choctaw/Navajo-Chahta/Dineh ceremonial principles and is shared as the Indigenous Ceremonial Change Process.

“My English name is Patricia Anne Davis, MA and my ceremonial name is used only for personal ceremony. It translates to “peacemaker” or “one who greets others with peace”.  I have spent a lifetime learning and practicing healing knowledge and processes, beginning with my own father, who was a medicine person who made his lifetime priority healing three generations of people in ceremonies.  He was my teacher from birth in the home and in ceremonies until his transition in 1983. I earned a BA in Psychology from the University of AZ and an MA in Whole System Design.

At a young age, a task was given to me by my late father. It is to inspire and motivate people to remember and reawaken to use our holy thinking, ehozin, our sacred -SELF intellect, Conscience, and moral reasoning.  This is the appropriate function of our whole-brain thinking that activates our creative imagination to design co-creative solutions for our collective survival and thriving.”

Reverent Revolution

An awakened person is one who has liberated themselves from their deficient self-image and knows that spiritual awakening does not require a remediation process from that deficient self-image in an Inverse thinking system, where remediation is toward some end state. Every person is already equally fore-given a true spiritual SELF-identity as a precious child of creator, within creation.

We remain a precious child of creator within creation simultaneously forever as we are each interrelated and interconnected within the natural order laws that govern us all equally within the Oneness of hozho.

These remarkable Indigenous elders, and others, are informing the movement of New People on a journey, dreaming and moving together from strength to strength as we “walk each other home”.  We together maintain the fire of a “Reverent Revolution”.
